Our Membership is designed to make having a professional website simple and stress-free. You pay a $197/month Membership Fee along with a one-time Build Fee that covers the design, development, launch, and ongoing management and care of your website. 

Your Membership includes hosting, domain, SSL, lifetime updates, ongoing support, annual website checkups, asset safekeeping, and other Member benefits, so you always have a dependable team looking after your website as your business evolves.

A fully managed website means we take care of the creative and technical side of your website. If you need content updated, information changed, new photos added, or other website changes, simply submit a request and we'll promptly handle it.

Our one-time build fees start at $750 and vary depending on the number of pages your website needs and the overall design or development complexity. Your build fee covers the design, development, and launch of your new website, including premium imagery and graphics, professional copywriting, and the setup required to get everything ready to go live. 

We believe in being transparent, so your build fee is established and discussed with you upfront before you become a Member, giving you the information you need to make a comfortable, informed decision about moving forward.

Our Membership includes an initial 12-month term, which allows us to invest the time, care, and resources needed to build and support your website and Membership properly. After the initial 12 months, your Membership continues on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time.

Most routine website updates are included as part of your Membership. This can include updating text, replacing photos, changing contact information, adding testimonials, updating services, and similar changes. Larger redesigns, new functionality, or major development work may require additional fees.

Businesses evolve, and sometimes owners launch new ventures or rebrand existing ones. Business Pivot Protection allows you to replace the website attached to your Membership by simply paying a new one-time build fee. The monthly fee portion of your Membership continues normally so you're not starting from scratch. Think of it like "swapping a website" if/when needed.
