1. Business Overview

Once you become a Member, we'll dive into a Business Overview. This is a collaborative discovery session where we take a close look at your business, current online presence, and overall digital setup to better understand where things currently stand. We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, priorities, and opportunities for improvement, then work together to create a practical game plan moving forward. This session can be held over Zoom, or in-person for Calgary-based businesses.

After your Business Overview, we’ll create a personalized Recommendation Report designed to help you better organize and improve the digital side of your business. This report includes practical recommendations, step-by-step instructions, and helpful video tutorials covering the areas we discussed together. The goal is to give you a clearer understanding of what needs attention, along with a realistic and manageable path forward.

Next, we’ll design, build, and launch your website with a clean, professional look that reflects your business and helps you make a strong first impression online. Your Membership includes hosting, domain setup, security, ongoing management, and lifetime website updates, so you never have to worry about handling the technical side yourself. The goal is to give your business a polished and dependable online presence that stays supported long after launch.

As a Member, you’ll have ongoing access to our Member Care team whenever digital questions, challenges, or needs come up. Whether you need help choosing software, improving your online presence, getting a second opinion, or figuring out your next steps, we’re here to help guide you in the right direction. We’ll also call you every 6 months to make sure you continue feeling supported as your business evolves.
